Terms & Conditions


  • All prices listed are in US$, NET/non-commissionable per room per night, and include all applicable local taxes.
  • FIT NET rates do not apply during Holidays, special events, conventions; Premium rates will be advised at time of booking.
  • Prices do not apply to groups (more than 5 rooms or 10 passengers).


  • All bookings should be made directly through GITS online Eagle Res. System, or via e-mail at: Res@Gits-Travel.com
  • To ensure accuracy, all reservations should contain the following information: 1) FULL NAMES of passengers upon booking. 2) Names per room, if more than 1 room needed 3) Ages of children for family plan accommodation 4) Room type(s), city and specific hotel name(s) 5) Arrival/departure dates and number of nights 6) Flights information/times for transfer bookings are required for services 7) Indicating special requests – such as ADA room, Honeymooners etc.


  • Double rooms may have one double bed. When separate beds needed, it should be specifically requested at time of booking. Bedding types (beds) are on request ONLY and are not 100% guaranteed by any of the hotels.
  • Triple and quad rooms are usually with two double beds.
  • Rollaway beds if available are at an extra charge payable directly to the hotel. Neither GITS nor any hotels guarantee one bed per person in triples and quads.
  • Hotel ratings displayed in the online res system are not official; but are as a guide reflecting opinions in general.


  • No charges for changes/cancellations apply if made more than 5 business days prior to first arrival service. However, fees will apply, if cancel / change made less than 5 days prior to arrival.
  • There will be an automatic 1-night charge or more for no-shows at any hotels. Many Hotels charge for early departure fees.


  • GITS requires a floating deposit prior to acceptance of any bookings. Based on this, GITS will advise an account credit limit which is agreed and complied to.
  • Invoices will be issued for each booking to be paid within 30 days after the first arrival date, or sooner if the credit limit mentioned above has been reached.
  • Non-payment of any invoices may result in automatic cancellation of services.
  • No further bookings will be accepted until the account is in good standing by means of an extra on account payment.
  • Payments will only be accepted in US Dollars by draft/check payable on a USA bank, or transfer to GITS account# 004830762941 (ABA# at Bank of America, Address: 350 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10118


  • Claims must be sent to GITS by fax or e-mail within 30 days of service rendered.
  • There is an extra administration fee of $25 per booking for unused services.


  • GITS acts only as agent and does not manage, control, or operate any supplier’s services.
  • GITS reserves the right to substitute hotels of an equal or superior grade for those mentioned.
  • GITS therefore assumes no liability for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused by reason of any defect or through any acts of default of a company or person engaged in carrying out any arrangements.
  • GITS cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences or charges incurred by the passengers for lack of vouchers or by incorrectly issued documents.
  • Any Updates and/or addendum, deleting or revising information issued by GITS after being posted on GITS website or it’s online res. system supersede any other information/rates previously provided.
  • GITS strongly recommends appropriate Travel insurance be obtained prior to trip.
  • Travel documents, including visas, as well as compliance with custom regulations, are the responsibility of the passengers.
  • GITS will not be responsible for costs incurred by passengers not having proper passports or visas.
